Please Read Before Purchasing a Slot

To complete a service request order, purchasing a slot is mandatory. Our service price list can be found in the photos gallery above.

Processing Times (From Hair Received)

1. Basic Construction/Reconstruction services: Up to 8 working days.
2. Color Services: Up to 13 working days.
3. Construction & Colour Services: Up to 17 working days.
4. TLC/Closure Replacement or Customisation Only Services: Up to 6 working days.
5. If we are providing a Lace System/Hair Bundle: Please add an extra 6 working days.

Express services are available for an additional surcharge of up to 50% of the original service fee, depending on capacity.

How to Complete a Service Request

Step One: Purchase a Slot

Secure your spot for the month with a £20 slot purchase. This fee includes a virtual consultation via email or Instagram Direct Message and will be deducted from your total balance after discussing the details of your wig.

Step Two: Submit Your Order Details

Contact us at info@toniasunits.com or via Instagram (@Toniasunits) within 72 hours of purchasing a slot to finalise your order and complete payment. Failure to do so will result in slot cancellation, with a £10 admin fee deducted from the £20 slot fee, and the remainder refunded.

After your consultation, if full payment is not made within 24 hours, your slot will be cancelled, and the £20 consultation fee will be charged in full. This also applies if we are unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will need to book a new consultation to proceed with your service request.

Colour Requirements: We only offer colouring on wigs and not loose bundles/lace systems.

Please provide an inspiration picture. Our colour palette is limited to the styles showcased on our Instagram feed. Note that we create inspired replicas from other stylists, not exact matches, and colours may vary under different lighting conditions and on camera.

If you’re new to colouring and unsure about a shade, please let us know. 

We do not offer colour corrections. If your hair has been previously coloured, we can only apply a darker shade, such as dark brown or black.

For blonde and highlight services- for natural black or 613, we only process hair provided by us. We reserve the right to colour other shades only our supplied hair.

Cap Size: We accommodate all sizes, using mesh caps with adjustable bands. Accurate measurements are crucial; otherwise, an £80 surcharge will apply for immediate reconstruction upon receipt of the wig.


Styling Preferences: Specify if you want layers, curls, or straightening. Otherwise, we style as per the inspiration photo. Baby hairs and extra lace cutting are available upon request.

Step Three: Review Terms of Service

Please read our Terms of Service, particularly regarding refunds and exchanges- Here. By proceeding with an order, you confirm your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

Step Four: Finalise Payment

Once the order details are finalised, we will deduct the £20 slot fee from your final balance. We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfers, Klarna, or Clearpay.

Step Five: Send Your Hair

After payment is confirmed, we will provide you with the address (South East England, UK) for sending your bundles/wig.

Please be aware that we will only acknowledge receipt of the hair after we have thoroughly inspected it, regardless of whether it shows as delivered on your end. We kindly ask for your patience as we confirm receipt.

Step Six: Delivery

Your completed unit will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (within the UK) or DHL Express (outside the UK- this carries a £45 charge). You will receive tracking information via email.

Important notes!

• Fitting/Installation Services: Not provided.
• Construction Services: Includes customization and basic styling.
• How to Send Your Hair: For revamp services, please send a video showing the lace and stitching areas. We will provide an estimated quote, which may be revised after physical inspection. Send your hair via a tracked service, and we will confirm receipt only after inspection.
• Cleanliness: Unless you are booking a revamp service, please ensure your wig or bundles are clean, or a £20 surcharge will apply.

 

Lace Replacement 

For lace replacements, please ensure that the new lace matches the size of the old lace. For example, if your old lace is a 4x4, the new lace must also be 4x4.

If the new lace is a different size, it would no longer qualify as a simple lace replacement. Instead, it would be considered a reconstruction service, where the wig would need to be taken apart and remade to fit the new lace size.

Customisation

Knots are bleached, and the hairline is pre-plucked for a natural appearance. Baby hairs can be added upon request. Please note, we do not tint lace.

The density of your lace system plays a role in the final look. If you prefer no customization, please specify, as customization is typically included in our service.

Construction & Styling

We use a mesh wig cap with adjustable bands and combs for added comfort and security. All units are hand-stitched for durability. If a new lace system is being used, please let us know if you would like the extra lace cut after construction.

For reconstructions, please note that the hair may need to be trimmed or cut shorter, especially for Bob wigs, as the track placement will shift on the new wig. We won’t be able to confirm the exact length until the process is complete.

Be sure to specify any styling preferences, including your desired parting location, whether you prefer curls or straightening, and if you’d like any layers added to the unit. This ensures we can tailor the wig exactly to your liking!

Colouring

We use a mix of permanent and semi-permanent dyes. While you’re welcome to provide a color inspiration picture, please keep in mind that the outcome may vary.

The quality of your bundles or lace system will influence the result, and we are not responsible for any adverse reactions to the products used. If your hair has been previously processed, we recommend opting for a darker shade.

For lighter shades, we are not liable for any adverse reactions. Please inform us if your unit has been bleached, toned, or colored before. If you’re new to coloring and unsure whether a shade might be too light, let us know.

Please also note that coloring may appear different under various lighting conditions or on camera. If you have concerns about a particular shade, feel free to reach out. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee exact matches, as each unit will have a unique result.
