To book a wig service (revamp, reconstruction, lace renewal, colouring, etc.), purchasing a £20 service slot is mandatory. This reserves your place and includes a virtual consultation via email or Instagram DM.

Processing Times (from hair received)

1. Construction / Reconstruction – up to 8 working days
2. Colour Services – up to 13 working days
3. Construction + Colour – up to 17 working days
4. TLC / Closure Replacement / Customisation Only – up to 6 working days
5. Lace/Bundles provided by us – add 6 working days

How to Book Your Service

Step 1: Purchase a Slot (£20)

Includes a consultation. Fee is deducted from your final total. For one wig only. If you require assistance with more than one wig, please book per amount needed.

Step 2: Contact Us Within 72 Hours confirming the below

We aim to reply within 3 hours.

If you cancel: £10 admin fee is deducted.

If no payment is made within 24 hours of consultation, the full £20 is retained.

We aim to respond within 3 hours of your message, Monday to Friday | 9AM – 12AM (UK time).

Confirm The Following

• Service Type (refer to image gallery)

• Lace Renewal Requests: Must be like-for-like (e.g. 4x4 replaced with 4x4). Different sizes = reconstruction service

• Colour Requests:

– No colouring of loose bundles or lace systems

– For blonde/highlighted looks: only hair provided by us is accepted

– On hair provided by clients, we do not process colours lighter than a level 5 brown (see photo gallery for shade). However, reds and gingers are accepted.

– No colour corrections on previously dyed hair

– Send inspiration photo; colours may vary due to lighting/screen/hair quality

• Cap Size: Accurate measurements required; £80 fee applies for reconstructions due to incorrect sizing

• Construction Notes:

– All units hand-stitched on mesh cap with adjustable bands & combs

– Lace is pre-plucked & knots bleached

– We don’t tint lace

– Baby hairs, extra lace cutting available on request

– No glueless frontals — professional installation recommended

– Reconstructed bobs may be shorter due to track placement

• Styling Preferences:

– Let us know if you want curls, layers, straightening

– If not specified, the wig will be left in its natural state

Hair Submission

After payment, we’ll send our UK dispatch address

• Hair is only marked as “received” after inspection, not just upon delivery scan

• For revamps: send a video showing the lace and stitching

• Wig/bundles must be clean or a £20 cleaning fee applies

Delivery

• UK: Royal Mail Next Day 1-2 working days

• International: DHL Express 3-5 working days

Tracking info will be emailed once dispatched

No Pre-Shipping Photos or Videos

To avoid delays and misinterpretation:

1. Lighting may distort the look
2. Orders are sent out as soon as completed

 If you have concerns after delivery, contact us within 48 hours

• Construction includes customisation + basic styling

• Slot is non-transferable — missed payments or delays require a new slot
