Any images found on ToniasUnits are either the property of ToniasUnits, or used with permission by ToniasUnits. The picture from ToniasUnits should not be used to sell false advertisements. Use of these images are completely prohibited unless written permission has been obtained via an email from ToniasUnits verified email address info@toniasunits.com. If this has not been authorised these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws and any other applicable regulations and statutes.
Working with Third Parties (business entities and influencers):
During the Term, Third Parties grants the Company a transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license and right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, and perform (i) on an exclusive basis, the Content, in whole or in part, and (ii) in connection with the Content, on a non-exclusive basis, Third Parties’ name, nickname, voice, image, likeness, biographical data, blog, website, social media handle and statements (“Third Parties’ Identity"), in whole or in part, in any and all media throughout the world, whether currently existing or created in the future, for the purposes of advertising, publicity and trade to promote Company and Company’s products and/or services without obtaining any additional permission from Third Parties.
The foregoing rights and licenses include, without limitation, the right to (i) embed a link to the Content on the Company’s controlled websites, channels, or pages, and (ii) to post, display, share and promote the Content on the web, as well as the right to re-tweet and re-post the Content on the Company’s controlled social media networks. Third Parties waives any and all moral rights to the Content and any rights to inspect or approve the Company’s use of the Content.
The foregoing rights will terminate after the Term, except that, following the Term, ToniasUnits.com will continue to have the right to use, and will not be obligated to remove, the Content and Third Parties’ Identity included in any marketing materials produced during the Term (including without limitation, any Content republished or tagged by Tonia’s Units on ToniasUnits.com website, social media, or other owned or controlled digital media outlets). Third Parties confirms that this release is irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free and will survive termination or expiry of this Agreement. Third Parties shall not obtain any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property rights of ToniasUnits.com except such rights as are specifically granted under this Agreement once payment has been accepted and picture has been produced.

2.1 CONSENT
ToniasUnits.com respects and protects the privacy of our users. All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and never transferred to any other party.
Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Tonia’s Units.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via electronic notice (email). At any time you may unsubscribe to our notices by sending an unsubscribe email to info@toniasunits.com with the title 'unsubscribe'.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
2.3 SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

2.4 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

2.5 SECURITY

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
2.7 AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English High Court, the Strand, London. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between Toniasunits.com and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the English Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
