Our Reconstruction Service brings your unit back to form. We gently take your piece apart and rebuild her onto a fresh wig cap, giving her a cleaner fit and a longer lifespan. She’s fully cleansed, deep conditioned and softly detangled, then finished with a professional restyle so she returns ready for your everyday routine again.
If your lace needs updating, we can provide a new one for an additional fee.

Why your wig may feel lighter or appear shorter after reconstruction
When a wig is reconstructed, a few natural changes can happen. Here’s a simple breakdown:
Why it may feel lighter
• Some excess hair or bulk may be removed for a cleaner, more natural finish.
• The weight is spread more evenly across the cap, making the unit feel more comfortable.
• Old product buildup is washed out, which reduces heaviness.
• A new cap is often lighter and more breathable than the old one.
Why it may look shorter
• After washing and restyling, the hair may return to its natural curl or wave pattern, which can appear shorter than when stretched or straightened.
• Damaged ends are trimmed to keep the hair healthy.
• A better, more accurate fit means the wig sits correctly on your head, which can change how the length appears.
• For short bobs or layered wigs: these may need to be trimmed or cut shorter during reconstruction because the tracks will be placed in new locations. In some cases, reconstruction is not advised for these styles.

Important Notes
Construction & Customisation
• All units are hand-stitched on a mesh cap with adjustable bands and combs
• Lace comes pre-plucked and knots are bleached
• We do not tint lace
• Baby hairs and additional lace cutting are available on request
• We do not offer glueless frontals — professional installation is recommended
• Reconstructed bobs may be shorter due to track placement
Styling Preferences
• Let us know if you’d like curls, layers or straight styling
• If no preference is given, the unit will be left in its natural state
Cap Size
Accurate measurements are required.
A £80 reconstruction fee applies if the cap needs to be remade due to incorrect sizing.

Pre-Shipping Policy
We do not send pre-shipping photos or videos.
This avoids delays and prevents misinterpretation because:
- Lighting can alter the appearance of colour and tone
- Orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed

5. Add-ons if needed
If your lace needs updating, we can provide a new one for an additional fee.
If colour is required, please book a Colour Service Request Consultation before purchasing so we can confirm the safest approach.
6. She returns ready for your routine
Once completed, your unit is posted back refreshed, neater and ready for everyday wear again.
