We’re looking for women who know their aesthetic, are comfortable in front of the camera and have built a genuine connection with their audience.
You don’t need hundreds of thousands of followers to get our attention.
We care about what you create and whether people listen when you speak.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You may be our kind of creator if you:
• Create content within the beauty, hair, fashion or lifestyle space
• Are active on Instagram, TikTok or both
• Have a clean, considered aesthetic that complements Toniasunits
• Are confident creating Reels, TikToks and talking to camera
• Produce clear, high quality content with good lighting
• Have a genuine and engaged community
• Love experimenting with hair and different looks
• Are reliable and able to meet agreed content deadlines
• Are based in the UK, US or Europe
There is no minimum follower count.
We would rather discover a creator with 4,000 people who genuinely trust her than 100,000 who barely notice when she posts.

03. The first collaboration
Selected applicants may be invited to complete an initial collaboration with us. You’ll receive a creative brief outlining exactly what is expected before agreeing to participate.
04. Welcome to The Collective
Creators who are a strong fit may be invited to continue working with us as part of The Toniasunits Collective.
No awkward guessing games. Expectations and deliverables are agreed before each collaboration.
