Order Processing & Delivery Information

Order Processing refers to the time needed before your order is dispatched.

Custom-Made Orders:

• Standard processing time is 17 working days (including delivery) once your order is finalised and payment is received. 
• Need it sooner? Opt for our Rush Service for £100, and we’ll reduce the timeline to 10 working days (including delivery).

 

Services (Processing begins when the hair is received):

• Basic construction/reconstruction: Up to 8 working days
• Color services: Up to 13 working days
• Construction + color service: Up to 17 working days
• TLC/Closure replacement or customization: Up to 6 working days
• If we are providing a lace system, please allow an additional 6 working days
• Express services are available at a surcharge of up to 50% of the original service fee (subject to availability)

Gift Cards:

• Issued within 24 hours of purchase

Ready to Ship:

• Dispatched within 1-3 working days

Delivery

We will only deliver to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. 

You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order that are delivered to the incorrect address given.​

UK Delivery:


• Delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch

International Delivery:

• To Europe: Delivery in 3-5 working days after dispatch
• To the rest of the world: Delivery in 3-7 working days after dispatch

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please note, holiday periods may affect delivery times.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

To make sure you receive your new ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it. Please refer to the below once an order is received.  

At Toniasunits, we pride ourselves on high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain rigorous quality control to ensure our customers receive only the finest human hair extensions and lace systems. Our products are sourced directly from their countries of origin and crafted by skilled artisans. Each order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to meet our premium standards.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom-Made Orders:
Custom-made orders are considered bespoke units made per the specifications and details requested before placing the order. As these products are personalised to customer needs, they are not eligible for a full refund.

IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIED OR REQUESTED OUR TEAM TO CUT THE LACE OR RESIZE ANY READY TO SHIP WIG, IT IS CONSIDERED A CUSTOM ORDER AND THEREFORE FINAL SALE.

Services:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

This covers consultations slots for custom-made or service order- After your consultation, if full payment is not made within 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled, and the consultation fee will be charged in full. You will need to book a new consultation to proceed with your custom-made or service order.

We strive to offer the best possible results and client satisfaction.

  • Adjustment Service: Should there be any concerns regarding a service rendered, please inform us within 14 days of the service. We reserve the right to refuse to redo or refund a service that we deem to have been carried out to a satisfactory level and in accordance with industry standards and procedures.
  • Service Alteration: Any alterations to the original service (such as changing colors) after the service has begun may incur additional charges.

Steps for an Exchange or Refund for a Ready To Ship wig:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to receive a refund via store credit. A full refund via original method or a replacement can be offered in the unlikely event the product is defective.

Please follow these steps;

  1. Contact us at Info@toniasunits.com within 14 days of receiving your order and confirm the reason for the exchange or refund.
  2. We will provide you with a shipping address.
  3. Send the product back using a tracked service. Note that all shipping, handling, and money transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund or exchange, we will process the appropriate action if applicable.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if the seal holding the hair has been untied or cut due to sanitation concerns, as such products cannot be resold.
  • We recommend using a courier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Lace wigs or lace frontals are not eligible for refunds or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (including lace or hair), or had products applied to them, such as glue or hair products.
  • If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
  • For orders where delivery has been refused, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price minus the initial shipping fee.
