Processing refers to the time needed before your order is dispatched.

Custom-Made / Iconic Series Wigs

• Standard: Up to 17 working days (includes delivery) after full payment is received

• Rush Service: £100 – Processed and delivered in 10 working days

Wig Services

(from the day hair is received)

• Basic construction/reconstruction – up to 8 working days

• Colour services – up to 13 working days

• Construction + Colour – up to 17 working days

• TLC / Closure Replacement / Customisation – up to 6 working days

• If lace or bundles are provided by us – add 6 extra working days

Express option: Available at up to 50% surcharge (subject to availability)

Gift Cards

• Emailed within 24 hours of purchase

Ready to Ship Wigs

• Dispatched within 1–3 working days

Delivery Times

We deliver only to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses and will not issue refunds for such cases.

UK Delivery

• 1–2 working days after dispatch (via Royal Mail Next Day)

International Delivery

• 3–7 working days after dispatch

• Courier: DHL Express

Tracking info will be emailed once shipped

Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or edited.

• Final sale – Custom wigs are made to your specifications and are non-refundable & non-exchangeable

• If you’ve requested lace cutting or resizing of a Ready to Ship wig, it becomes a custom order and is final sale

Wig Services & Consultations

• Non-refundable

• If you fail to pay within 24 hours of consultation, your slot is cancelled, and the full £20 consultation fee is retained

• New consultation booking will be required to continue

• Adjustments: If you have concerns, email us within 14 days. We reserve the right to assess before offering a redo or refusal

• Service Changes: Mid-service changes (e.g., different colour) may incur additional charges

Returns & Exchanges (Ready to Ship Wigs Only)

If you are not satisfied with your Ready to Ship wig:

 

You May Be Eligible For:

• Store credit – for change-of-mind returns

• Full refund or replacement – only if product is defective

Return Steps:

  1. Contact us at info@toniasunits.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. We’ll provide a return address
  3. Return the product via tracked delivery (customer covers shipping & fees)
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund/store credit if eligible

🚫 

Returns Not Accepted If:

• The seal on hair has been cut or untied

• The wig has been worn, styled, cut (including lace/hair), or had glue or product applied

• The item is returned without tracking/delivery confirmation

• Lace wigs/frontals have been altered or used

Refused Delivery: You will receive store credit minus original shipping cost
