Policy Acknowledgement
Our Lace Replacement Service is for units that need a fresh lace base without a full rebuild. You’ll provide the new lace closure or frontal, and we’ll carefully remove the old lace, replace it with your new one and reset the hairline so the unit sits cleanly and comfortably again.
While your unit is with us, we’ll also wash, deep condition and style her, so she returns refreshed and ready for your next install.
Important: This is a like-for-like service — your replacement lace must match the original size.
If you’d like to change lace sizes (e.g., upgrade from 4x4 to 5x5), this will be treated as a wig reconstruction, not a lace renewal.
If colour is required, please book a Colour Service Request Consultation before purchasing this service. This allows us to assess your bundles and closure, confirm the colour process needed and advise on the safest approach.
Frontal replacements
We only work on machine–made frontals, and we do not provide the frontal itself.
If your unit is hand–made or needs a full frontal structure replaced, a Reconstruction Service will be required instead.

❓How It Works
1. Purchase the service
Select the Lace Replacement Service at checkout.
2. Email us within 24–48 hours
Send your order number so we can confirm your service and provide the delivery address.
3. Send your unit and your new lace
Package your unit securely along with the lace you’d like us to install, and post via a tracked service for peace of mind.
4. We replace, cleanse and restyle
We remove the existing lace, install your new one, wash and deep condition the unit, gently detangle and finish with a clean style so she returns polished and ready.
5. She returns refreshed
Once complete, your unit is posted back to you ready for your install or styling appointment.

These charges are always the receiver’s responsibility.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist with guidance where possible, but we are unable to cover or predict these fees.
The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.
