This stunning unit has undergone extensive sample testing with a different hair vendor. As a result, the price reflects a discount - please note, this is not our usual premium quality hair. While we’ve ensured it’s beautiful and wearable, we cannot guarantee the same lifespan as our standard wigs.
To help prolong longevity, we strongly recommend using salon-quality hair care products such as Olaplex L’Oréal, or Redken Acidic Bonding Treatment. Always use heat protection with styling.

We would not recommend for everyday wear, instead for special occasions so you are able to deep condition frequently. Let airdry after washing before using heat.

Processing & Delivery
Our Ready to Ship units are in stock and prepared for quick dispatch — perfect for last-minute looks ✨
Processing Time:
• 24–48 hours
• If you need us to adjust or reconstruct your cap size, please allow up to 4 working days for this to be completed. Any requests or orders received after 3pm on Friday will be picked up the following working Monday.
Once shipped:
• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days
• International Delivery: 3–5 working days
🕒 Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day.
Weekend orders ship from the following Monday.
Cancellations & Returns
We take great care in preparing every Toniasunits unit before it leaves us. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Ready To Ship Units
Ready To Ship units may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the unit remains unworn and unaltered.
To be eligible for a return:
• Lace must remain uncut and untinted
• The unit must not be worn, styled or altered
• The wig must be returned in original condition and packaging
Approved returns are subject to a 10% processing deduction to cover non refundable payment processing costs.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Cap Size Adjustment Notice
Selecting a cap size adjustment means this wig will be altered specifically for you. Once adjusted, the wig is considered custom made and is not eligible for return or refund.

The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.

Colour Disclaimer
At Toniasunits, we take great care in colouring our units to achieve beautiful, high-quality results. However, please note the following before placing your order:
• Lighting, picture angles, and screen resolution can all affect how colours appear in photos versus in person.
• The quality and texture of the hair also influence how colour is absorbed and reflected.
• While we strive for consistency, exact replicas of a specific look cannot be guaranteed—each unit is unique, and slight variations will occur.
• Please keep an open mind when it comes to colour, as different factors may affect how it appears once received.
• We cannot be held responsible for how a colour is perceived, as expectations may vary based on individual interpretation and lighting conditions.
By purchasing a coloured unit, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the custom colouring process.

Lace System Disclaimer & Policy
All of our lace systems, including closures and frontals, are customised by hand to create a natural, seamless finish. Lace is delicate by nature, so the way it’s handled and cared for will directly shape its longevity.
A few things to keep in mind:
• Light shedding, thinning or small imperfections can appear over time from everyday wear, brushing, heat and normal handling. This isn’t considered a fault.
• Short hairs within the lace are completely normal and form naturally during the ventilation process where each strand is hand-knotted.
• Bleached knots give a softer, more natural look but may reduce the lifespan of the lace depending on your maintenance routine.
• Repeated tinting, makeup, sprays, gels or heavy product buildup can weaken the lace structure.
• Frontals naturally have a shorter lifespan than closures due to the larger lace area and daily tension at the hairline.
• Bundles always have a longer lifespan than lace as they aren’t exposed to the same level of manipulation or product use.
• If your wig has undergone colouring, lifting or toning, the lifespan of the lace will naturally be shorter due to increased processing and handling.
• Lace systems that have been worn, tinted, customised, cut or altered aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the lace in its original condition.
• If your lace needs refreshing after wear, we offer a lace replacement service where your existing unit is reopened and fitted with a new closure or frontal. Fees will apply.
