Our Construction Service is for clients who already have their hair and would like us to create a brand new wig from scratch.
Whether you’re creating a traditional closure wig or going completely laceless with a U part wig or half wig, we’ll construct your hair onto a fresh cap for a secure, comfortable fit and polished finish.
For closure wigs, you can provide a new or existing closure alongside your bundles.
For laceless wigs, including U part and half wigs, no closure is required. Simply select “This will be laceless” when choosing your options and send us the bundles you would like us to use.
All hair must arrive clean and product free. If your hair arrives unwashed, a £30 cleansing fee will be added so we can prepare it properly before construction.
If colour is required, please book a Colour Service Request Consultation before purchasing this service. This allows us to assess the hair, confirm the colour process required and advise on the safest approach.
Whether you’re starting fresh with your bundles or giving existing hair a completely new structure, we’ll take care of the construction from there.

Construction & Customisation
• Closure wigs and laceless wigs including U part and half wigs are available
• All units are hand stitched onto a mesh cap with adjustable bands and combs where appropriate
• For closure wigs, lace comes pre plucked with bleached knots
• For U part and half wigs, the unit will be constructed without lace to allow your natural hair to be blended with the wig
• We do not tint lace
• Baby hairs and additional lace cutting are available on request for closure units
• We do not offer glueless frontals
• Construction includes customisation and basic styling
Styling Preferences
• Let us know if you’d like curls, layers or straight styling
• If no preference is given, the unit will be left in its natural state
Cap Size
Accurate measurements are required.
A £80 reconstruction fee applies if the cap needs to be remade due to incorrect sizing.
Services
• We do not offer fitting or install services
• Construction includes customisation and basic styling
Pre-Shipping Policy
We do not send pre-shipping photos or videos.
This avoids delays and prevents misinterpretation because:
- Lighting can alter the appearance of colour and tone
- Orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed
If you have concerns once your unit arrives, please contact us within 48 hours so we can support you.

1. Purchase the Construction Service
Choose whether you would like a closure wig or laceless U part/half wig, then select your cap size, cap type and styling preferences.
2. Email us within 24 to 48 hours
Send us your order number so we can confirm your specifications and provide the address for your hair.
3. Send us your clean hair
For a closure wig, send your clean bundles and new or existing closure.
For a U part or half wig, simply send the clean bundles you would like us to use. No closure is required.
4. We construct your new unit
Your wig is built from scratch according to the construction type and specifications selected with your order.
5. She returns freshly styled and ready
Once complete, we’ll style your unit according to your selected preferences before dispatch.

Please note — any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are applied by your country’s customs office and are not something we can control.
These charges are always the receiver’s responsibility.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist with guidance where possible, but we are unable to cover or predict these fees.
The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.
