The Custom Experience: Please Read The Below Before Purchasing a Slot
To proceed with a Custom Wig Order, purchasing a slot is mandatory. This secures your space in our calendar and includes a virtual consultation to finalise your custom unit details.
Pricing Transparency
• Pricing for our units is listed in the captions on our Instagram page (@Toniasunits).
• Factors like length, density, lace size, hair type, and styling influence total cost.
• Replicating styles from our page or creating something new both fall under this Custom Made Wig
❓HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM WIG
✅ Step 1: Purchase a Slot (£50)
• Secures your booking for the month.
• Includes a virtual consultation (via email or Instagram DM).
• The £50 will be deducted from your final balance once your order is confirmed.
✅ Step 2: Submit Your Order Details
After receiving your order confirmation email (“You’ve made our day”):
• Contact us within 72 hours via confirming the below:

We aim to respond within 3 hours of your message, Monday to Friday | 9AM – 9PM (UK time).
If cancelled: £25 admin fee will be deducted from your slot.
If payment isn’t made within 24 hours after consultation, your slot will be cancelled and the full £50 will be retained.
✍️ Confirm the following:
• Is this your first-ever wig? (We’ll guide you through.)
• Length: 8” to 30”
• Lace Type & Size: HD or Transparent — 2x6, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 13x4, 13x6
• Hair Category: Virgin or Raw Hair. Differences explained here.
• Texture: Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Water Wave, Kinky Curly, Yaki Straight, Kinky Straight
• Density: Standard (3 bundles); 4 bundles recommended for lengths over 18”
• Cap Size: Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large — please provide measurements. Guide in gallery above. Missing measurements may incur a £80 reconstruction fee
• Styling: Layers, curls, straightening, baby hairs, or lace cutting — must be specified.
• Lace Tinting: Not included — we recommend doing this yourself.
• Colour: Please review our colour policy below.
✅ Step 3: Finalise Payment
Once details are confirmed, the £50 slot fee is applied to your final balance. We will send you a payment link.

❗️Important notes
- No Photos or Videos Before Shipment = To maintain quality control and prevent delays, we do not send previews before dispatch.
Why?
- Lighting & angles may distort how the wig appears.
- Fulfilling previews causes delays for all orders.
If you have concerns after delivery, contact us within 48 hours.
• Slot = Consultation + Booking, not the wig itself.
• Slot is non-transferable to a different month.
• Payment delays = loss of slot without refund.
• Please be certain before booking — custom orders are final.
• Rebooking requires a new consultation and new slot purchase.
🎨 Colour Disclaimer
At Toniasunits, we take great care in colouring our units to achieve beautiful, high-quality results. However, please note the following before placing your order:
• Lighting, picture angles, and screen resolution can all affect how colours appear in photos versus in person.
• The quality and texture of the hair also influence how colour is absorbed and reflected.
• While we strive for consistency, exact replicas of a specific look cannot be guaranteed—each unit is unique, and slight variations will occur.
• Colour options are limited to styles shown on our Instagram feed.
• Inspiration photos are welcome — we’ll create an inspired look, not an exact replica.
• Please keep an open mind when it comes to colour, as different factors may affect how it appears once received.
• We cannot be held responsible for how a colour is perceived, as expectations may vary based on individual interpretation and lighting conditions.
By purchasing a coloured unit, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the custom colouring process.

📦 PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Our Custom Made, Iconic Series, and Essential Edit units are all pre-order pieces, handcrafted with precision and care.
Processing Times:
• Standard Service: 15 working days (approximately 3 weeks)
• Express Service: 10 working days (+£100 fee)
🗓️ Example:
If you order on Monday, 1st September 2025 —
• Standard completion: Monday, 22nd September 2025
• Express completion: Monday, 15th September 2025
Once shipped:
• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days (Free for UK)
• International Delivery: 3–5 working days (from £35)
🕒 Processing times exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 3PM begin processing the next working day. Once processing begins orders cannot be cancelled or edited.
Timelines may extend slightly during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons.
🔄 Cancellations & Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final unless stated otherwise.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or customised.
If you believe your order has been received incorrectly or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

🌍 CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note — any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are applied by your country’s customs office and are not something we can control.
These charges are always the receiver’s responsibility.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist with guidance where possible, but we are unable to cover or predict these fees.
The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.
