Please Read Before Purchasing a Slot

To proceed with your custom wig order, purchasing a slot is mandatory.

Prices for our units are listed in the captions on our Instagram page, allowing you to gauge your budget.

Length, density, and lace size are key factors influencing pricing. Replicating these units or creating similar looks falls under our custom-made wig service, with the option to tailor the design to your preference.

Processing Time
Standard processing time is 17 working days (including delivery) from the time your order is finalised and full payment is received.

For a faster turnaround, our Rush Service is available for £100, reducing the timeline to 10 working days (including delivery). Please confirm if you need your unit by a specific date at the time when finalising your order? This will help us ensure whether it’s possible to meet your timeline.

How to Complete a Custom Made Order

Step One: Purchase a Slot
Secure your spot for the month with a £50 slot purchase. This fee includes a virtual consultation (via email or Instagram Direct Message) and is deducted from the total balance after discussing your wig details.

Step Two: Submit Your Order Details
As soon as you’ve received the ‘You’ve made our day’/order confirmation email; Contact us via email at info@toniasunits.com or Direct Message on Instagram (@Toniasunits) within 72 hours of purchasing a slot to finalise your order and complete payment.

The virtual consultation can be conducted at anytime and date, we aim to reach out within 3 hours of receiving your message.

If the slot is cancelled, a £25 admin fee will be deducted from the £50, with the remainder refunded to you.

After your consultation, if full payment is not made within 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled, and the £50 consultation fee will be charged in full. This also applies if we are unable to complete the order due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will need to book a new consultation to proceed with your custom-made order.

Please provide the following information:

• Is this your first wig unit ever - not just with us? (We offer tailored advice for first-time buyers.)

• Length: Choose from 8” to 30”.

• Lace Type & Size: Options include HD or Transparent lace in sizes 2x6, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 13x4, and 13x6.

• Hair Category: Choose between Virgin or Raw hair.

• Texture: Available textures include Straight, Body Wave, Curly (Deep wave, Water wave, Kinky Curls, etc.), Yaki Straight, or Kinky Straight.

• Density: Standard is 3 bundles; 4 bundles are recommended for lengths over 18” if more volume is desired.

•Colour Disclaimer: At Toniasunits, we take great care in colouring our units to achieve beautiful, high-quality results. However, please note the following before placing your order:

• Lighting, picture angles, and screen resolution can all affect how colours appear in photos versus in person.

• The quality and texture of the hair also influence how colour is absorbed and reflected.

• While we strive for consistency, exact replicas of a specific look cannot be guaranteed—each unit is unique, and slight variations will occur.

• Please keep an open mind when requesting colours, especially for blondes and highlighted styles, as they can appear differently under various lighting conditions and on camera.

• If you’re new to colouring or unsure whether a shade might be too light, please let us know so we can guide you accordingly.

Inspiration & Colour Matching

• Provide an inspiration picture to help us understand your desired look.

• Our colour palette is limited to the styles showcased on our Instagram feed.

• We create inspired replicas of styles, not exact matches, especially when using references from other stylists. Colours may vary based on hair quality, lighting, and processing.

• For blonde and highlighted styles, we do not replicate exact looks from other stylists—these require raw hair quality only to achieve the best results.

• We encourage you to be certain about the shade, brightness, or darkness you want to ensure clarity on the final outcome.

By purchasing a coloured unit, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the custom colouring process.

• Cap Size: We cater to all sizes, using mesh caps with adjustable bands, either hand-stitched or machine-made. Please provide measurements to avoid an £80 surcharge for any needed reconstruction.

• Construction: Units are designed to be glueless. Alongside the lace having a pre-plucked hairline and bleached knots- we however do not tint lace; For large closures (6x6 upwards)/frontals, we recommend professional installation for beginners.

• Styling: Specify if you want layers, curls, or straightening. Otherwise, we will style as pictured in your inspiration. Baby hairs are added upon request. We can cut extra lace if requested. If this is not confirmed for every/any order, we will leave the lace as is.

Step Three: Review Terms of Service

Step Four: Finalise Payment
Once order details are confirmed, the £50 slot fee will be deducted from your final balance. We accept payment via PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfers, Klarna, or Clearpay.

Step Five: Delivery
Your completed unit will be shipped via free Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (within the UK) or DHL Express (outside the UK- this carries a £45 charge). You will receive tracking information via email.

No Videos or Pictures Before Shipment

We do not provide videos or pictures of finished units before shipping. This is due to the following reasons:

1. Accuracy – Camera lighting and angles may not accurately depict the final look of the wig, leading to potential misinterpretation of color, density, or styling.

2. Timely Dispatch – To ensure efficient processing and shipping, we prioritise getting orders out as soon as they are completed, without delays for additional media requests.
