Bring your favourite wig back to life with our Premium Lace Renewal Service — perfect when your lace starts to bald or shed. This service is designed to refresh your existing wig by replacing the lace system while maintaining its original structure and style.

Important: This is a like-for-like service — your replacement lace must match the original size.

If you’d like to change lace sizes (e.g., upgrade from 4x4 to 5x5), this will be treated as a wig reconstruction, not a lace renewal.

❓How it works

How It Works:

  1. Purchase as an Add-On – Must be added alongside a Wig Laundry or Service Request.
  2. Order Confirmation – You’ll receive an email with your order number.
  3. Contact Us to Finalise:

    • 📩 Instagram DM @Toniasunits
    Share your lace type, length, texture, and confirm it matches your existing lace size.
  4. Refundable Service Fee: If no additional consultation is required, your £20 service request fee is refunded.
  5. Wig Renewal Begins – We’ll replace the lace, restyle, and refresh your unit.
  6. Return Shipping: Your wig is shipped back, renewed and ready to wear.

Please Note:

• This service applies to machine-made wigs only

• Wig does not need to be purchased from Toniasunits

• If you’re changing lace size, it will be considered a wig reconstruction, which requires a separate service
🎨 Colour Disclaimer

• Colours may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and hair type.

• Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed, especially for blonde/highlighted styles.

• For lighter shades, we use raw hair only.

• Colour options are limited to styles shown on our Instagram feed.

• Inspiration photos are welcome — we’ll create an inspired look, not an exact replica.

By ordering a coloured unit, you acknowledge and accept natural colour variations. 
📦 PROCESSING & DELIVERY

(Processing time begins once your hair has been received and officially checked in.)

• Standard Service: 12 working days (approximately 2.5 weeks)

• Express Service: 10 working days (+50% surcharge, subject to capacity)

🗓️Example

Your bundles or wig are received and checked in on Monday, 1st September 2025 —

  • Express completion: Monday, 15th September 2025
  • Standard completion: Wednesday, 17th September 2025

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your hair has been received and logged before processing begins.

Once shipped:

• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days (Free for UK)

• International Delivery: 3–5 working days (from £35)

🕒 Processing times exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after 3PM begin processing the next working day. Once processing begins orders cannot be cancelled or edited. 

Timelines may extend slightly during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons.

Please note — any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are applied by your country’s customs office and are not something we can control.

These charges are always the receiver’s responsibility.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist with guidance where possible, but we are unable to cover or predict these fees.

The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.

💡 Tip: Declaring a lower value may reduce import fees; however, it will also lower the insured amount in the event of loss or damage during transit.*
