Our Lace Renewal Service is designed to refresh your existing wig when the lace begins to thin, shed or bald, while keeping the original structure and style intact. This is a like-for-like service, meaning the replacement lace will match the original lace size and type.
Important Information
• This is a lace renewal service only. Lace size, type and placement must match the original construction of the wig
• If, upon receiving your wig, we identify that additional services are required to complete the lace renewal, you will be contacted before any work begins. Any additional services will incur extra charges
• If we’re unable to fulfil the lace renewal due to the condition or structure of the wig, the service will not proceed
In cases where the service cannot be fulfilled, a postage fee of £11.05 and an administration fee of £30 will be deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.

2. You’ll receive an order confirmation with your reference number
3. Please email us after purchase to confirm your lace details (lace type, size, length and texture)

5. Lace renewal is completed and your unit is refreshed and restyled
6. Your wig is returned to you, ready to wear

• Wigs do not need to have been purchased from us
• Requests to change lace size or structure cannot be accommodated under this service
🎨 Colour Disclaimer
• Colours may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and hair type.
• Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed, especially for blonde/highlighted styles.
• For lighter shades, we use raw hair only.
• Colour options are limited to styles shown on our Instagram feed.
• Inspiration photos are welcome — we’ll create an inspired look, not an exact replica.
By ordering a coloured unit, you acknowledge and accept natural colour variations.
💡LACE SYSTEM DISCLAIMER & POLICY
All of our lace systems, including closures and frontals, are customised by hand to create a natural, seamless finish. Lace is delicate by nature, so the way it’s handled and cared for will directly shape its longevity.
A few things to keep in mind:
• Light shedding, thinning or small imperfections can appear over time from everyday wear, brushing, heat and normal handling. This isn’t considered a fault.
• Short hairs within the lace are completely normal and form naturally during the ventilation process where each strand is hand-knotted.
• Bleached knots give a softer, more natural look but may reduce the lifespan of the lace depending on your maintenance routine.
• Repeated tinting, makeup, sprays, gels or heavy product buildup can weaken the lace structure.
• Frontals naturally have a shorter lifespan than closures due to the larger lace area and daily tension at the hairline.
• Bundles always have a longer lifespan than lace as they aren’t exposed to the same level of manipulation or product use.
• If your wig has undergone colouring, lifting or toning, the lifespan of the lace will naturally be shorter due to increased processing and handling.
• Lace systems that have been worn, tinted, customised, cut or altered aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the lace in its original condition.
• If your lace needs refreshing after wear, we offer a lace replacement service where your existing unit is reopened and fitted with a new closure or frontal. Fees will apply.
We’re always here to guide you on lace longevity, care routines and when a replacement may be needed. Our aim is to help you enjoy your units for as long as possible while keeping expectations honest and clear.
📦 PROCESSING & DELIVERY
(Processing time begins once your hair has been received and officially checked in.)
• Standard Service: 12 working days (approximately 2.5 weeks)
• Express Service: 10 working days (+50% surcharge, subject to capacity)

Your bundles or wig are received and checked in on Monday, 1st September 2025 —
- Express completion: Monday, 15th September 2025
- Standard completion: Wednesday, 17th September 2025

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your hair has been received and logged before processing begins.
Once shipped:
• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days (Free for UK)
• International Delivery: 3–5 working days (from £35)
🕒 Processing times exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 3PM begin processing the next working day. Once processing begins orders cannot be cancelled or edited.
Timelines may extend slightly during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons.

This is a service based product- all sales are final.

🌍 CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note — any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are applied by your country’s customs office and are not something we can control.
These charges are always the receiver’s responsibility.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re happy to assist with guidance where possible, but we are unable to cover or predict these fees.
The amount charged will depend on the value declared and your local regulations.
